Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- make spicy miso greek yogurt “honey” mustard by making a batch of regular greek yogurt honey mustard & adding miso + hot sauce of choice.
- make seared ahi tuna according to my recipe, then rest while preparing remaining wrap ingredients.
- once ready to assemble, slice ahi tuna.
- to assemble wraps, place a coconut wrap in the diamond position, then add a schmear of spicy miso greek yogurt “honey” mustard → lettuce → bacon → tomatoes → any other veggies &/or cheese → ahi tuna slices → a drizzle of spicy miso greek yogurt “honey” mustard.
- wrap roll from the bottom, then fold in sides & continue to roll.
- leave about a 1” top seem to dab a little water on to hold the roll together.
- heat a skillet over medium heat, then pan fry burritos for 30-60 seconds on each side.
- serve with extra spicy miso greek yogurt “honey” mustard for dipping
