avocado chimichurri
i love the flavor of fresh herbs & this sauce is full of all those yummy green herbs. this pairs well on a salad, meat, & even just as a dip!
Ingredients
- 111 Avocado
- 0.5 bunch0.5 bunch0.5 bunch Parsley
- 0.5 bunch0.5 bunch0.5 bunch Cilantro
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Onion Powder, or 1/4 cup red onions
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Garlic Powder, or 2 garlic cloves
- 111 Lemon, juiced
- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Olive Oil, or water
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt and Pepper, to taste
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- add all ingredients to a food processor and combine.
- process until smooth.
- store in the refrigerator until ready to serve!
