cashew butter & bacon jam burgers
introducing a PB & J on steroids. swap out your PB for cashew butter sauce & upgrade your jam to include BACON! put those two goodies on the juiciest cheeseburger (thanks cottage cheese) & let me tell you what, this is a burger you'll be dreaming about!

cashew butter sauce

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cashew Butter Powder
- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Salt and Pepper, to taste
burgers
- 1.5 lb1.5 lb1.5 lb Ground Turkey, or lean ground meat of choice
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cottage Cheese
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Onion Powder
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Salt and Pepper
- Havarti Cheese, or gouda cheese slices
- Butter Lettuce, any lettuce wrap leaves for the "bun"

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
blueberry bacon jam
- in a large skillet, fry bacon until crispy.
- remove bacon from skillet & crumble.
- add chopped jalapeño to bacon grease & sauté for 6-8 minutes.
- stir in remaining ingredients & bring to a boil, then simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- remove from heat, then once cooled transfer to a food processor & blitz a few times into a jam.
cashew butter sauce
- in a bowl, combine all ingredients for creamy peanut sauce; add water until reaches desired consistency.
- refrigerate until ready to serve.
burgers
- add meat, cottage cheese, & seasoning to a bowl; mix well, then form into 6 patties.
- grill or pan fry burgers until done (~8-9 minutes @ 400).
- right before serving, add cheese to melt.
- to a lettuce wrap, add burger, bacon jam, & drizzle with cashew butter sauce; serve with a side of veggie fries of choice & any other sides you like!
