"pepperoni pizza is the pizza for you & meeeeee!" okay, if you at all caught on to that song, you rock! apparently a SpongeBob SquarePants episode from 1999 has stuck out to me so much, that truly anytime I have anything pizza related, I always sing a variation of the krusty krab pizza song. now that you know that, here is a seriously easy, one-skillet, protein packed, delicious pizza dip!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. preheat oven to 400.
  2. in a oven safe skillet, saute peppers & onions.
  3. remove from skillet, then brown meat & drain.
  4. mix in cooked veggies, beans, & pepperoni.
  5. make tomato sauce by mixing together all ingredients in a bowl.
  6. make creamy sauce by mixing together all ingredients in a bowl.
  7. mix both sauces & water into skillet.
  8. sprinkle cheese & red pepper flakes on top.
  9. place in the oven for 12-15 minutes, with option to broil last 3-5 minutes.
  10. serve with simple mills GF pita crackers to dip into it & any other pizza related sides!
