- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Chocolate Salt Electrolyte Mix - LMNT, or sea salt

- in a food processor, combine all ingredients for protein chocolate avocado mousse.
- in a skillet, reheat pancake by “toasting” for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- remove pancake, then add protein chocolate avocado mousse & sprinkle on good day granola.
- serve with any additional fruit or sides of choice (I added a jerky stick)!
