  1. Melt half of the ghee in large pan
  2. Add mushrooms & cook till browning
  3. Move to a plate
  4. Add remaining ghee, melt
  5. Add steak, garlic, salt & pepper
  6. Cooking 2 minutes per side & move to a plate
  7. Add arrowroot to broth & whisk well
  8. Add to pan & bring to a slow boil
  9. Add coconut aminos, lower heat & simmer till sauce thickens
  10. Add beef & mushrooms back to pan stirring to coat
  11. Add thyme & simmer 5 minutes
