gluten-free pb & cheddar stackers
remember those delicious little peanut butter stuffed cheddar crackers from childhood? well this is a revamped version of those little guys without all the junk! gluten-free, sugar-free, & a pure bite of nostalgia.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Peanut Butter Powder
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Powdered Monkfruit Sweetener - Lakanto
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt, if your pb doesn't have any
- Farmhouse Cheddar Almond Flour Crackers - Simple Mills

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- first add peanut butter to a bowl & microwave for 10-15 seconds to soften (this helps combine everything better).
- add pb powder, powdered monk fruit, vanilla extract, & sea salt (if your pb doesn’t have any).
- add one-prong to a hand mixer, then mix the pb filling together.
- lay out your cheddar crackers, then using a small cookie scoop (~1 tsp), add a scoop to each cracker.
- add another cracker on top & enjoy!
