Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. preheat oven to 375.
  2. prepare homemade pizza sauce by adding all ingredients to a sauce pan; simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  3. in a large bowl, combine pizza crust mix & psyllium husk.
  4. in a separate bowl, whisk together greek yogurt, ACV, & water.
  5. add liquid ingredients to dry & create into a dough; add any additional water as needed.
  6. cut dough into ~25 pieces.
  7. add a little pizza sauce to each piece of dough, then add pepperoni or salami & cheese cube on top.
  8. roll each dough piece into a ball, then place on a baking sheet.
  9. bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  10. serve with extra pizza sauce & enjoy!
