Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results

grass-fed organ meat burgers

  1. add ground beef blend, cottage cheese, herbs, & seasoning to a bowl; mix well, then form into 6 patties.
  2. grill or pan fry burgers until done (8-9 minutes @ 400 on panini).

sweet potato power hash browns

  1. in a microwave-safe bowl, add cauliflower rice & sweet potatoes; microwave for 8-10 minutes.
  2. allow to cool, then place in a cheese cloth & drain as much water as you can from the veggies.
  3. in a bowl, whisk eggs, psyllium husk, nutritional yest, salt, & pepper.
  4. add veggies egg mixture & combine well.
  5. cut into 3 sections to make 3 waffles.
  6. preheat waffle iron to medium heat (setting 2 on cuisinart).
  7. grease waffle iron before each use, then add hash brown mixture; cook for 5-6 minutes or until crisp.
  8. cut along the lines to form a total of 12 sweet potato power hash browns.

the “GOAT” dip (whipped cottage cheese dip)

  1. in a food processor, combine all ingredients.
  2. refrigerate dip to thicken & enjoy.

hot “gut” honey

  1. in a bowl, combine all ingredients; add a little water as needed to thin sauce.
