- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Salt and Pepper
sweet potato power hash browns
- 12 oz12 oz12 oz Cauliflower Rice, frozen
- 10 oz10 oz10 oz Sweet Potato, frozen
- 111 Egg
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Psyllium Husk, Ground
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Salt and Pepper
- Bacon Grease, or fat of choice for cooking
the “GOAT” (whipped cottage cheese dip)
- 111 Beetroot, pre-cooked
- 2-4 oz2-4 oz2-4 oz Goat Cheese
- 2-4 oz2-4 oz2-4 oz Cottage Cheese
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Classic Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Salt and Pepper
hot "gut" honey
- 4-6 Tbsp4-6 Tbsp4-6 Tbsp Dairy-Free Buffalo Sauce - Primal Kitchen
- 2-4 Tbsp2-4 Tbsp2-4 Tbsp Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto
- 1-2 Tbsp1-2 Tbsp1-2 Tbsp White Miso Paste
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Cayenne Pepper, optional for extra heat
- 1/4 tsp1/4 tsp1/4 tsp Sea Salt

grass-fed organ meat burgers
- add ground beef blend, cottage cheese, herbs, & seasoning to a bowl; mix well, then form into 6 patties.
- grill or pan fry burgers until done (8-9 minutes @ 400 on panini).
sweet potato power hash browns
- in a microwave-safe bowl, add cauliflower rice & sweet potatoes; microwave for 8-10 minutes.
- allow to cool, then place in a cheese cloth & drain as much water as you can from the veggies.
- in a bowl, whisk eggs, psyllium husk, nutritional yest, salt, & pepper.
- add veggies egg mixture & combine well.
- cut into 3 sections to make 3 waffles.
- preheat waffle iron to medium heat (setting 2 on cuisinart).
- grease waffle iron before each use, then add hash brown mixture; cook for 5-6 minutes or until crisp.
- cut along the lines to form a total of 12 sweet potato power hash browns.
the “GOAT” dip (whipped cottage cheese dip)
- in a food processor, combine all ingredients.
- refrigerate dip to thicken & enjoy.
hot “gut” honey
- in a bowl, combine all ingredients; add a little water as needed to thin sauce.

- to a plate or bowl, add: grass-fed organ meat burgers → sweet potato power hash browns → the "GOAT" dip → avocado → sauerkraut → drizzle of hot “gut” honey.
