Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Chop 1 small head of cauliflower into florets (do not leave the florets large).
  2. Mix together 1/2 cup oat flour and 1 tbsp all-purpose flour in a mixing bowl. Add 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp pepper and salt. Add 1/4 cup and 3 tbsp water. Whisk the water in and mix until smooth.
  3. Dip the florets in the batter and stir to coat each piece well. Shake off the excess batter.
  4. Preheat the air fryer if required. Add coated cauliflower to air fryer basket in batches making sure they are not overcrowded and cook at 400 F until crisp in about 12 minutes.
  5. Remove the florets and add 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce to the fried cauliflower florets in a bowl. Toss to coat.
  6. Add the tossed florets back again in a single layer to the air fryer basket and cook at 400 F for another 6-7 minutes until crisp (will vary based on air fryer). If you need a crispier version, add 1-2 tsp of rice flour to the batter before coating the florets.
  7. For the dip, whisk (do not use a blender) 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt, 1/4 tsp each of garlic and onion powder, salt to taste, and 1 tsp lime juice. Add 1 tbsp. chopped coriander or chives. Mix well.
  8. Enjoy hot (otherwise it may get soggy) with the creamy yoghurt sauce.

Notes
