- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Cilantro, finely chopped
- Havarti Cheese, or gouda, slices
- Bell Pepper and Onion Blend, Frozen
- Pineapple, diced
- Butter Lettuce, or any big lettuce leaves

- in a food processor, add all ingredients for sauce together to puree.
- pour sauce into a saucepan; bring mixture to a boil, then simmer for 8-10 minutes to thicken, adding water as needed.
turkey burgers
- add ground turkey, cottage cheese, & seasoning to a bowl; mix well, then form into 6 patties.
- grill or pan fry burgers until done.
- right before serving, add cheese to melt.
- in a small skillet, add peppers, onions, & pineapple; saute until done.
- to make burgers, lay down a lettuce wrap, then add burger, sauteed veggies & pineapple, & drizzle with huli huli hawaiian teriyaki sauce.
