don't get me wrong, my classic guacamole is TO DIE FOR, but sometimes your taste buds are feeling like taking a trip to the med! in this recipe, I transform the traditional mexican guacamole for a loaded greek-style guacamole. it still has that delicious guac taste with a boost of tang & zest!

  1. in a large mixing bowl, peel, deseed, and mash avocados.
  2. mix in greek yogurt, red wine vinegar, peperoncini juice, lemon juice, & seasonings.
  3. fold in the remaining ingredients to the guacamole.
  4. mix well & refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. serve with your favorite chips or crackers (I listed my favs!) & enjoy!
