The "Dip"

  1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, spinach, mozzarella, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, stirring until thoroughly mixed.

Breading It

  1. Transfer the mixture to a baking pan lined with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly about 1/2 inch thick.
  2. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Invert the frozen dip onto a cutting board and remove the parchment paper.
  4. Slice the block into "strips", then slice the strips in half to make the desired size sticks
  5. Place the egg and Phat Crumbs in separate bowls wide enough to dip the sticks. Dip the spinach dip sticks into the egg, then the Phat Crumbs. You can repeat the process twice for extra "breading." Set the crumbed sticks aside on a plate or pan lined with parchment and place back in the freezer for 10-15 minutes while you heat the oil or air fryer.
  6. If frying, heat fat in a pot over medium-high heat. Place sticks straight from the freezer into the hot fat for about 30 seconds to a minute until golden brown. Remove with tongs or a slotted spoon.
  7. If using the air fryer, ensure it is pre-heated to 350 F and cook 1-3 minutes until golden brown, but not melted.
  8. Serve with marinara sauce or your favorite dip. Enjoy!
