- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lime Juice, sub for lemon juice in my recipe
- 0.5 bunch0.5 bunch0.5 bunch Cilantro
- 111 Jalapeño Pepper
- 2 oz2 oz2 oz Cotija Cheese, or queso fresco
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Chipotle Powder, optional
tostadas
- Corn Tortilla
- easy baked shrimp (click for recipe)
- sautéed frozen vegetables (click for recipe)
- Cotija Cheese, or queso fresco
- Cilantro
- Jalapeño Botana Sauce - Siete Foods, or hot sauce of choice

mexican hummus
- follow my instructions for making hummus.
- swap out the lemon juice for lime juice in the original recipe & all in the remaining ingredients when blending in the food processor.
- refrigerate until ready to serve.
building your tostadas
- preheat oven to 350.
- bake tortillas for 10-12 minutes or until crispy (may flip halfway through).
- make protein of choice & cook up any veggies.
- spread a thin layer of hummus on each tostada.
- add on shrimp, sautéed peppers & onions, shrimp, cotija cheese, cilantro, & a little hot sauce.
- serve extra hummus with your favorite dipper!
