  2. swap out the lemon juice for lime juice in the original recipe & all in the remaining ingredients when blending in the food processor.
  3. refrigerate until ready to serve.

building your tostadas

  1. preheat oven to 350.
  2. bake tortillas for 10-12 minutes or until crispy (may flip halfway through).
  3. make protein of choice & cook up any veggies.
  4. spread a thin layer of hummus on each tostada.
  5. add on shrimp, sautéed peppers & onions, shrimp, cotija cheese, cilantro, & a little hot sauce.
  6. serve extra hummus with your favorite dipper!
