peaches & cream french onion flatbread
my peaches & cream french onion whip is next-level as a dip… but it really knows how to elevate a meal. 🍑🧅
this flatbread is sweet, savory, creamy, and bursting with peak summer flavor. i made them on my tried & true cauliflower flatbread crust, but you could easily swap a store bought option or even a good ole' tortilla as your base!
Ingredients
- 0.5 lb0.5 lb0.5 lb Salmon, Canned, or seafood of choice
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup peaches & cream french onion whip (click for recipe)
- 111 cauliflower flatbread crust (click for recipe)
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup sautéed frozen vegetables (click for recipe), I used peppers & onions
- 111 Peaches, diced & sautéed
- 2 - 3 oz2 - 3 oz2 - 3 oz Mozzarella
- 2 - 32 - 32 - 3 easy baked bacon (click for recipe), or crispy prosciutto
- Microgreens, or arugula
- Basil, Fresh, or fresh herbs of choice
- Red Pepper Flakes
- greek yogurt "honey" mustard (click for recipe), I swapped the ACV for a white balsamic vinegar

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- preheat oven to 400.
- mix seafood of choice with the peaches & cream french onion whip; warm up in a skillet or microwave.
- in a separate skillet, saute peppers, onions, & peaches until caramelized.
- to a flatbread, add peaches & cream mixture, sauteed veggies & peaches, bacon or prosciutto, & cheese.
- bake for 8-12 minutes or until the cheese is soft and the edges are crisp; broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for extra golden edges, if desired.
- when serving top with greens, herbs, red pepper flakes, & finish with a drizzle of greek yogurt “honey” mustard.
