Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a large skillet, add onions & ghee to pan and cook till onions are translucent
  2. Add mushrooms and stir well
  3. Add thyme and garlic powder, stirring in
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes till mushrooms are browning
  5. Meanwhile, pat chops dry & sprinkle with salt & pepper
  6. Move mushrooms & onions to a bowl
  7. Add oil to pan and turn heat up to medium high
  8. Add chops and sear 5 minutes each side and move a plate
  9. Add mushrooms back to pan
  10. Add bone broth leaving a few tbsp in box to make a slurry with arrowroot, shaking well & add to pan
  11. Add salt & pepper, stirring in
  12. Add chops back to pan
  13. Cover & simmer 15 minutes
  14. Spoon mushroom & onion sauce over chops

Notes

I use Kettle & Fire chicken bone broth which comes in a 16.9 oz box but you can use chicken broth as well .
