- in a food processor, add BTR bars & pecans; blitz into powder.
- reserve ~ÂĽ-â…“ cup of crumble for topping
- add softened nut butter to crust & mix well.
- add 1 small cookie scoop of crust mixture to the bottom of a 24 mini silicon muffin tin.; freeze until next layer is ready.
no-bake cheesecake
- clean out food processor, then add all ingredients for no-bake cheesecake; blend well.
- add a scoop of no-bake cheesecake on top of crust; freeze until next layer is ready.
pumpkin protein pudding
- clean out food processor, then add all ingredients for pumpkin protein pudding; blend well.
- add a scoop of pumpkin protein pudding on top of cheesecake; freeze for at least 30-45 minutes before adding next layer.
toppings
- make a batch of protein whipped cream, then add a scoop on top of each bite (you will have extra protein whipped cream!), then sprinkle with extra cookie crust.
- freeze for 1-2 hours, then pop out of silicon muffin tins & enjoy!
