Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. preheat oven to 400.
  2. mix seafood of choice with the ruby romesco sauce; warm up in a skillet or microwave
  3. to assemble flatbread, add cauliflower flatbread to a baking sheet, then top with ruby romesco mixture, & goat cheese.
  4. bake for 8-12 minutes or until the cheese is soft and the edges are crisp. broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for extra golden edges, if desired.
  5. when serving top with microgreens, radishes, pistachios, red pepper flakes, & finish with a drizzle of greek yogurt “honey” mustard.
