Say hello to Fɾαɳƙҽɳ Pσρʂ! 🧟‍♂️ These clean-ingredient store-bought rice crispy treats go on a stick, take a dip in green plant-based dyed white chocolate, and voilà – Frankenstein’s in the house! A semi-homemade treat that’s spooktacularly simple and delicious. And don’t worry- no spooky ingredients here. It’s plant-based, artificial dye-free, and gluten-free.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut your rice crispy treat in half. Dip your cake pop stick in melted chocolate and insert it into the bottom of your rice crispy.
  3. Set aside about 2 tbsp white chocolate in a separate bowl. Mix your green colorant into the main portion of white chocolate.
  4. Dunk your cake pop into the green chocolate. Insert half a pretzel stick into each side of your Franken Pop.
  5. Freeze for 5-10 minutes. Then add white chocolate for your eyes and put a mini chocolate chip on top for the pupils.
  6. Using a piping pen filled with milk chocolate, add hair, a smile, and stitches. Enjoy!
