Chicken Wild Rice Soup
This is a comfort soup that you will crave! Easily prepped in 15 minutes, you can make this the night before or first thing in the morning and come home to a rich and hearty soup! Enjoy!

- 444 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 3 tsp3 tsp3 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
- 333 Garlic, 3 Cloves, Minced
- 3 cups3 cups3 cups White Mushrooms, Chopped
- 111 Onion, Diced
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Carrots, Diced
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Celery, Diced
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp dried Thyme
- 2.5 tsp2.5 tsp2.5 tsp dried Rosemary
- 8 cups8 cups8 cups Chicken Bone Broth
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Wild Rice, Dry
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Heavy Cream (Whipping Cream)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add all of the ingredients, with the exception of the heavy cream to a crockpot.
- Cook on low for 7.5 hours.
- Shred the chicken and stir in the heavy cream.
- Cook on low for another 30 minutes.
