Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat and then add the mushrooms and onions and saute until tender for 6-8 minutes.
  2. Add salt, pepper and garlic. Saute for 2 more minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with the flour, coating everything well. Saute for 2 more minutes.
  4. Whisk in the cream and coconut aminos. Bring to a boil for 1 minute.
  5. Remove from heat and place in jar. Store in fridge or freezer.
