High Protein Pizza Dip
This is a simple easy lunch that is perfect for you and fun for the kids! Who doesn’t love to dip things! It could also be a great Super Bowl party dish or appetizer if wanted!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Pizza Sauce

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Oregano, Dried

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 5 - 8 whole5 - 8 whole5 - 8 whole Pepperoni

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Set oven to low broil.
- In a mixing bowl, add cottage cheese, pizza sauce and oregano. Mix together. Pour into a small oven save dish (I used a cast iron skillet). Top with shredded cheese (optional) and pepperoni (optional). Place in the oven and broil for 3-5 minutes.
- Dip using your favorite: crackers, bread, pretzels, or anything else!
