Decadent Chocolate Tahini Date Pecan Bites
These layered bars are full of nourishing and beneficial ingredients while being one of the BEST desserts I have ever tasted! These are so indulgent and are sure to impress.
Ingredients
Base
- 2/3 cup2/3 cup2/3 cup Tahini
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Almond Flour
- .667 cup.667 cup.667 cup Cacao Powder, Raw
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
Date Pecan Layer
- 121212 Medjool Dates
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Water
- .667 cup.667 cup.667 cup Pecans, chopped
Chocolate Topping
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Dark Chocolate, melted
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Tahini
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix base ingredients together and press into prepared pan
- Place in freezer while making next layer
- Blend second layer, you can blend the pecans into small bits or add the chopped after, and press on top of base
- Melt chocolate with tahini and pour on top
- Freeze to set
