2-ingredient Chocolate Fudge
fudge that’s rich, creamy, and high in protein—and it only needs 2 ingredients? sounds too good to be true, but trust me, this one delivers. made with just yoghurt and chocolate, it sets into the perfect melt-in-your-mouth texture with zero effort.
whether you need a quick sweet treat or a meal-prep-friendly snack, this fudge comes together in minutes and tastes unreal. you’re gonna want to keep a batch in the fridge at all times!
Ingredients
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1.25 cup1.25 cup1.25 cup Dark Chocolate, I used coconut, but you can use any flavour
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- line a baking tin or container with baking paper. melt the chocolate in the microwave in 15-30 second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- quickly stir in the yoghurt until fully combined and smooth.
- pour into the pan and spread evenly.
- chill in the fridge until set (~2-3 hours), then slice into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
store in the freezer for a harder texture or in the fridge for a more softer fudge 🙂
