Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
  2. Mash Banana in a large bowl
  3. Add in coconut sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla, honey, yogurt and honey
  4. Mix until combined
  5. Stir in oat bran, flour, flaxseed, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
  6. Dust raisins in flour (to prevent sinking), the gently fold in
  7. Grease or line a muffin/cupcake pan
  8. Pour in batter ⅔ - ¾ of the way full (we want it almost full to get the nice round top) *tip: only line every other cup for maximum rise
  9. Bake for 25 minutes or until done
  10. Enjoy!!

  • to make vegan, substitute egg with flax eggs
