Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a food processor combine ricotta, cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, salt, pepper and pulse until smooth. Taste for seasoning and adjust accordingly. Add 1 TBSP of chives to cheese mix and give it a good stir.
  2. Toast slices of sourdough and spread the ricotta mix liberally onto the pieces of bread.
  3. Cut the tomato into equal slices of your 1/4'' inch and layer on top the ricotta mix. Sprinkle the remainder of chives on the toast. Optional finish with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Enjoy!
