Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Add softened cream cheese, almond flour, sweetener, and pumpkin pie spice to a small bowl and combine fully until smooth.
- Roll mixture into 8 equal-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a separate small bowl, mix the coating sweetener, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.
- Roll each of the 8 fat bombs in the coating mixture until well covered.
- Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour to set completely before serving.
