Chocolate Pumpkin PB Cup Shake
Thick, creamy, nutritious pumpkin shake, with swirls on peanut butter, hints of cocoa, and homemade dark chocolate peanut butter cups throughout!
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pumpkin Purée
- .5 whole.5 whole.5 whole Banana, Frozen
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cauliflower Rice, Frozen
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Chocolate Protein Powder, *
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Almond Milk
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Cinnamon, Ceylon

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Dark Chocolate

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Coconut Oil
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder, Or oat flour

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, Melted, if your PB isn't runny

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Make your peanut butter cups by melting chocolate & coconut oil in 30 second intervals until smooth
- Spread in the bottom & sides of mini muffin liners and freeze until hard, about 10 minutes
- Mix filling ingredients together, press into hardened chocolate bottom of muffin liners, top with more melted chocolate, and freeze another 15 minutes
- Once hardened, remove from wrappers and set aside
- For the smoothie, blend all ingredients together until smooth, pour into your glass, and optionally drizzle with melted chocolate and crushed peanut butter cups!
