- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Apple, Organic, thinly sliced
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg, whipped, for brushing on top pastry

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Roll out puff pastry
- Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and spread to coat

- Place seam side down on baking sheet.
