  1. Preheat your oven to 350° convection and line your tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the butter, syrup, vanilla, egg, salt, baking soda and almond flour, whisky to combine. Add the chocolate chips and walnuts, stirring to incorporate.
  3. Let the dough rest for 5-10 mins before scooping. This allows the flour to soak up some of the moisture.
  4. Scoop onto a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes. Store in a container to maintain softness!
