- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cane Sugar
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Blueberry Pie Filling, 1 can
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Cream Cheese, Full Fat, 1 pack, softened
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Freeze-Dried Blueberries

- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Spray pans with pan spray.
- Using the pizza wheel, cut puff pastry dough into 5 strips, then cut 5 lines the other direction to get squares.
- Press each puff pastry square into each mini muffin space.
- Combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, mix until fully combined.
- Add ½ tsp of the cream cheese mixture to each puff pastry cup.
- Add 1 tsp blueberry pie filling to each cup.
- Add 3 blueberries to each of the puff pastry cups.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until golden brown.
