Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Heat the pan, add vegetable oil, butter, and a diced onion. Fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the pre-washed and cooked porcini mushrooms to the pan and fry for 15 minutes. See instructions also in the photos
- Add salt and pepper, along with a pinch of nutmeg, cover, and fry for another 5 minutes.
- Add flour and cream and mix.
- Transfer from the pan to deep plates, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
