  1. Place the mashed potatoes in a bowl, add salt, pepper, sour cream, finely chopped cilantro, and grated cheese, and stir.
  2. Preheat a frying pan, add butter, and sauté the onion for 5 minutes.
  3. Then add the potato mixture and spread it evenly in the pan. Cover and sauté for about 7-8 minutes on each side.
  4. Now cover with lavash, place a plate on top, and turn it over.
  5. Now add the tomato halves and fold the lavash in half.
