Sweet Potato “Bagel” Bites
Need to change up lunch for your picky toddlers? Try these sweet potato bagel bites that are quite literally delicious. They will seriously drool over them. It’s a perfect combination of sweet and savory that they will love! You can add pepperoni or other toppings that they love! My kids are plain and love cheese!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Sweet Potato
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Marinara Sauce
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Mozzarella
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Basil, Fresh

- Preheat your oven to 375.
- Slice the sweet potato into circles to make the bagel bite shapes.
- Place sweet potatoes on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until cooked.
- Remove from oven and top with marinara sauce, cheese and basil. Place back in the oven and bake for another 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Cool and enjoy!
