  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Prep cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Mix dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add fruit and heavy cream to dry ingredients.
  5. Mix by hand.
  6. Flour the counter, and lay out in a rectangle (about ½”-¾” inch thick).
  7. Cut triangles with a bench scraper.
  8. Bake for about 22 minutes.
  9. Mix together Glaze ingredients minus powdered sugar. Once mixed, add powdered sugar and drizzle on top of scones.
