Holiday Prosecco Cocktail

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Cranberry Bitters, 1-2 dashes
- 0.5 oz0.5 oz0.5 oz Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Prosecco, measurement can vary
- 1 oz1 oz1 oz Ginger Beer - Reeds, to top
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cranberries, Fresh, optional garnish
- 1 sprig1 sprig1 sprig Rosemary, Fresh, optional garnish

- Fill a cocktail glass with ice halfway
- Add Hibiscus simple syrup to the glass.
- Add 1-2 dashes of cranberry bitters.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice into the glass.
- Gently pour the Prosecco into the glass until it bubbles to the top. Let the bubbles subside, and pour more until you have the desired amount.
- Add a splash of ginger beer to the top.
- Give it a swirl with a spoon and garnish with cranberries and rosemary.
