- 222 Pie Crust, Refrigerated

- 111 Pumpkin Pie Filling (Canned), sub any pie filling of your choice
- 111 Egg
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Water

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Lay out the pie crusts and press the pie molds into them (use a paring knife to help trim edges or remove cutout pieces.
- Put pie crust pieces over the inside of the mold. Press down the edges of the pie crust to the mold.
- Fill one side with the desired amount of pie filling.
- Close the pie mold and press down to ensure all edges form together.
- Remove from pie mold and place on a baking sheet.
- Mix together 1 egg and 1 tsp. water to create an egg wash. Brush the egg wash over the pies.
- Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
