- Add all pizza crust ingredients (cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning) into a immersion blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy texture. This process improves the texture of the cottage cheese mixture.
- Pour the mixture (pizza dough) onto a pizza tray or prepared baking sheet (lined with greaseproof paper or a piece of parchment paper). If using parchment paper, spray it with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Cook the pizza base in a preheated oven at 400°F (200 °C) for 7-10 minutes, or until it starts to turn golden brown.
- Remove the cottage cheese pizza crust from the oven and arrange your favorite toppings. Spread the tomato sauce, place slices of fresh mozzarella cheese, and add basil leaves.
- Return the pizza to the oven and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
Can I use fat-free cottage cheese? Yes, fat-free cottage cheese works well and keeps the crust low in fat. How do I store leftovers? Store any leftover pizza in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave for best results.
