Baked Goat Cheese Dip
This is a very delicious warm and creamy cheese dip that is packed with outstanding flavor and very easy to throw together for a last minute appetizer! We love to serve this with our sea salt sourdough baked with butter and garlic, crackers, or veggies. ENJOY!
Ingredients
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Goat Cheese
- 4 oz4 oz4 oz Cream Cheese, Full Fat
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Freeze-Dried Cherry Tomatoes - CITREVE, Fresh Sliced Cherry or Grape Tomatoes work well too

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Garlic Powder

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add the goat cheese, cream cheese, 1/2 cup of parmesan, and oil to a food processor. Process until whipped and smooth.
- Add the cheese mixture to a small baking dish.
- In a small glass bowl combine tomatoes, Italian seasoning, coconut aminos, garlic powder, and sea salt. Mix until fully combined. Set aside.
- Bake the cheese dip at 375 for 15 minutes. At the 15 minute mark, add the tomato mixture to the top of the dip and bake for the remaining 5 minutes.
- We love to serve this with sourdough baked with butter and garlic, crackers, and veggies.
- Serve and ENJOY!
