Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 490 degrees.
  2. 2. Pat down your pickles so they are not dripping in pickle juice.
  3. 3. Wrap each pickle spear with a slice of bacon.
  4. 4. Sprinkle adobo seasoning on top of the pickles.
  5. 5. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 18-20 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve with ranch, blue cheese or your favorite hot sauce!

Notes

These would be delicious with a slice of jalepeno between the pickles and the bacon as well!
