A little garlicky heaven perfect for on top of fish, wish pasta or as a marinade!
Ingredients

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Almonds, Sliced
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Lemon, Juiced

- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup ARGILOS I (Early Harvest) Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500ml) - Argilos

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Black Pepper

- 1. In your food processor or blender add almonds and garlic and pulse until course.
- 2. Add the basil and pulse a few times.
- 3. Squeeze the lemon juice into the food processor.
- 4. While the food processor is running slowly add your olive oil.
- 5. After everything is mixed together add the salt and pepper and mix with a spoon.
Notes
We love eating this with salmon, chicken, veggies or even spooned onto some crusty bread! yon substitute the almonds for pine nuts or macadamia nuts.
