Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Dip each ladyfinger in the brewed coffee and place in a 9x9 inch baking dish. Line the entire base of your dish, and cut off pieces of the cookie as necessary so it fits in the dish.
  2. Add 5 tablespoons of strawberry jam and spread it out evenly over the ladyfingers.
  3. Spread 1 cup of whipped cream over the strawberry jam, ensuring it is evenly coated. Add a bit more whipped cream as needed.
  4. Repeat the same process for the second layer of cookies dipped in coffee and align them on top of the whipped cream.
  5. Spread the final layer strawberry jam and whipped cream evenly over the cookies.
  6. Sprinkle freeze-dried strawberry powder on top of the entire tiramisu, then let chill in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
