Strawberry Cold Foam Matcha
This strawberry cold foam matcha is guaranteed to be better than anything you've ever ordered at a cafe. It's easy to make, naturally sweetened and so delicious! It's perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up.
Ingredients
- 0.666 cup0.666 cup0.666 cup Ice Cubes
- 60 ml60 ml60 ml Water
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder, I use the one from Four O'Clock Tea

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Milk, your choice

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp vegan heavy cream
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Chocolate Syrup, optional, to garnish
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Water
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Freeze-Dried Strawberries, in powder form

- In a bowl, whisk together water and Four O'Clock Tea Organic Green Tea Matcha with matcha whisk until frothy and you get a foamy layer on top. Set aside.
- In another small bowl, combine water and freeze-dried strawberry powder and whisk with an electric frother until well combined.
- Combine homemade strawberry syrup with vegan heavy cream and whisk with electric frother until foamy and fluffy.
- Take your glass and add ice, the prepared matcha, milk of choice, and strawberry cold foam.
- Optionally top with chocolate shaving for garnish, and enjoy.
