  1. In a bowl, whisk together water and Four O'Clock Tea Organic Green Tea Matcha with matcha whisk until frothy and you get a foamy layer on top. Set aside.
  2. In another small bowl, combine water and freeze-dried strawberry powder and whisk with an electric frother until well combined.
  3. Combine homemade strawberry syrup with vegan heavy cream and whisk with electric frother until foamy and fluffy.
  4. Take your glass and add ice, the prepared matcha, milk of choice, and strawberry cold foam.
