Feta & Paprika Cottage Cheese Dip (High Protein, Keto)

I first made this cottage cheese dip when I needed something to go with my Flourless Keto Breakfast Flatbread. I wanted more than just “a side”. I needed a sauce that brought it all together into a real, satisfying meal. This whipped feta dip delivered.
Ingredients
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Cottage Cheese, full-fat
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Feta Cheese
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Smoked Paprika
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add the cottage cheese to a small food processor or use an immersion blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Crumble the feta cheese with a fork or your fingers.
- Stir the crumbled feta and smoked paprika into the blended cottage cheese. Mix gently until combined, keeping some texture from the feta.
- Serve right away, or chill in the fridge for 1 hour to let the flavors come together and the dip thicken.
Notes
This recipe makes about 4 tablespoons. One serving is 2 tablespoons. Texture Tip: For the creamiest result, use whipped cottage cheese or blend it smooth before adding the other ingredients.
