  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
  • 1-.5 cups Milk, Plant Based (unsweetened)
  • .5 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • .25 tsp Salt
  •  Fresh fruit, pure maple syrup, homemade fruit syrup, chia jam, peanut butter, yogurt or cream cheese., Fresh

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. Beat eggs in a large bowl until fluffy.
  3. Mix in remaining ingredients until batter is smooth. If batter seems thick, add a splash more milk.
  4. Pour onto waffle iron. Remove when crispy and golden brown. Top with desired ingredients.
