Cinnamon Roll Apple Crisp
This easy cinnamon roll apple crisp is the perfect gluten free dessert when you want something a little sweet and a little crunchy! Full of fiber, nutrients, naturally sweetened and comes together in under an hour.
Ingredients
Apple Filling
- 6 whole6 whole6 whole Apple, Fuji, peeled, sliced
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Coconut Sugar

- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Cinnamon, Ground

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Himalayan Pink Salt

Topping
- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Cinnamon Roll Granola- Micheles Granola
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Butter, Salted, melted (also use coconut oil)

- Preheat to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease an 8×8 baking dish.
- In a large bowl, toss sliced apples with lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon
- Transfer evenly into the baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix Michele’s Granola with melted butter or coconut oil
- Sprinkle the granola mixture evenly over the apples.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, until apples are tender and the topping is golden and crisp.
- Let cool 5–10 minutes.
- Serve warm (amazing with vanilla ice cream or Greek yogurt.)
