- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Collagen, Unflavored. Scoops
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cocoa Powder

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Oat Flour

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Baking Powder

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Chocolate Chips - Enjoy Life
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Walnuts, Chopped

- Preheat oven to 375°
- Mix all ingredients except flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, chocolate chips, and walnuts
- Add in oat flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder and mix
- Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts
- Fill silicone muffin trays up to 3/4 of the way
- Bake at 375° for 20 mins
