Strawberry Cream Cheese Puff Pastry Twists

Ingredients
- 4 oz4 oz4 oz Cream Cheese, Full Fat
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Powdered Sugar
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Puff Pastry, 2 sheets
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Strawberry Jam
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg

- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Lay out one sheet of puff pastry, spread jam all the way to the edges.
- Top with cream cheese mixture.
- Top with second sheet of puff pastry.
- Cut into 1/2 inch strips using a pizza cutter.
- Take each strip and twist before placing on baking sheets.
- Beat egg and brush on top of strips before baking.
- Bake on 400 for about 22 mins or until golden brown.
