Payment & Data
Payments will be sent monthly via Zelle. If you are in a location where Zelle isn’t supported, we’ll process the payment via PayPal.
You’ll receive your payments monthly! Payments are typically sent in the middle of the following month. For example, your January payment would be sent around mid-February.
The pay per view is based on a dynamic model. In 2023 it ranged from 6-10 cents per view.
Yes! You can access your recipe and profile data on your portal page.
Head to https://foodsocial.io/portal/, or click “My Portal” in the drop-down menu when you click your profile picture (or the three bars in the upper right on mobile).
Community
In our FoodSocial community, we foster a spirit of collaboration over competition. We encourage collaborating with other creators! In fact, we’ve done recipe series in the past in which different creators collaborated on recipes with one another. Our Slack workspace is such a great way to connect with other creators. We don’t currently have a way for a recipe, post, or meal plan to have multiple authors, but we can make suggestions if you want to collaborate and need direction!

To stay in the loop with real-time updates, join Slack, one of the many ways to immerse yourself in our community. Referrals
When you refer a new creator to FoodSocial and they become a Featured Creator, you both earn $25! To apply for the Featured Creator status, they first need to upload 10 recipes.
It’s a fantastic chance to warmly welcome new faces to our community and offer support for their success. Plus, their achievements mean extra cash in your pocket — it’s a win-win!
You’ll each receive $25 once your referral becomes a Featured Creator, which they’re eligible to apply for after uploading 10 recipes to FoodSocial.

You can expect the payout to be processed during the next pay cycle, usually around the middle of the month following the qualifying action. For instance, if your referral achieves Featured Creator status in March, the $25 payout will occur around the middle of April.
Yes, you can refer any recipe creator!
We hand-curate FoodSocial’s Featured Creators to ensure that each recipe on the site is top quality, as well as to maintain a community of creators that are passionate, dedicated, and respectful.
In the highly unlikely case that a referred creator isn’t the right fit as a Featured Creator, we will be sure to provide any necessary feedback as to why.

When you refer a new brand to FoodSocial and they opt into a brand subscription, you can score $100 and the brand can get their first month free! New brands can sign up here!
