- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Fig Jam
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Brie Cheese, triple cream, sliced
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Apples, Honeycrisp, thinly sliced
- Rosemary, Fresh, for garnish

- 2-3 Tbsp2-3 Tbsp2-3 Tbsp ARGILOS I (Early Harvest) Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500ml) - Argilos, for drizzling

- Preheat oven to 380°F. Slice the baguette into 1/4″ slices (or 1/2″ if you like them a little thicker). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet.
- Brush each slice lightly with olive oil (IV, mild). Bake for about 5 minutes or until the bread is slightly toasted but remains chewy.
- Spread a very thin layer of fig jam on each toasted slice.
- Top with some brie and a few apple slices.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary, then drizzle some olive oil (I, early harvest) over the tops and serve immediately.

thanks Debbie! i agree … it is perfection, literally! honestly, i’m not one to usually just love the taste of a plain olive oil but i’m starting to realize that i just haven’t had *the* olive oil to make me love it on it’s own, but the Argilos oils are honestly spectacular!!
